Congratulations. You are the next trader to
join our daily trade room. Here is what to expect:
We day trade futures instruments. In our trade
room we trade (subject to change based on volatility):
- The S&P 500 emini (ES)
- The Dow Jones emini (YM)
- The Russell 2000 emini (RTY)
- The Euro Currency (6E)
- Crude Oil (CL)
- Gold (GC)
We use only 1 minute charts. 1 chart for each
instrument only.
TRADE ROOM HOURS
Monday - Friday
Open: 9 am
eastern time
Moderator (Usually Tony) on microphone: 9:35 am eastern time
Close: 12 noon
eastern time
Our trades are placed as bracket orders with a 5 tick target
and a 7 tick stop. The target is never altered, but the stop may be shortened
as the conditions of the trade changes. So we may get into a trade with a 7
tick stop, but actually exit the trade with a much smaller loss or even break
even.
The Atmosphere
At first you may notice that their is not a lot a chatter in
our trade room like you will find in other trade rooms. Many of our trade room
members have been trading with us for many years. Most of them are perfectly
happy to sit quietly and wait for the next trade setup without a lot of
discussions or speculations about what might happen next. The moderator will
likely come on the mic as he see's conditions in the market becoming conducive
to a potential trade setup. You will hear him say something like "I'm
watching the ES". From that point, all trade room members are alerted to a
possible setup. The members know what the setup is so the moderator does not
need to explain what he is looking at. This Quick Start Guide will help you understand what you are seeing and hearing in
the trade room. But please, feel free to ask questions in the chat console. The
moderator will be more than happy to answer them for you. Also, if you would
like to ask questions specifically to the trade room members, feel free to do
that as well. Just post them in the public chat. Or, feel free to just sit back
and relax and just listen. Whatever makes you the most comfortable.
The History
We started our trade room in 2010 and it has not changed
much in all those years because the system we have already works so well we
haven't found a reason to change it much. If you have visited us in the past,
you'll feel very comfortable with what we are doing very quickly.
Why Take A Trial?
Most traders believe that doing a trial in a trade room is
the best way to learn about the trading system, how to trade it, and how to
determine if its legitimate or not. But a word of caution...
You will NOT be trading profitably during or just immediately
after your trade room trial. We are not a signal generating service nor do we
use signal generating tools. Those things don't really work. If trading was
that easy, everybody would be making tons of money. The intent of the trial is
to see and understand the opportunity to become successful if you apply
yourself. We have proven that our system works simply by being around for so
many years, but only if you do the work required. Watch this video for more information on how we can help you do the right
work in the right way.
Your Trial
You have been assigned 5 days for your free trial. These
days do not need to be consecutive. After you log in each day, our system will
mark down that you entered the trade room that day so be careful if you can
only spend a few minutes. That log in will count as a full day against your
trial time. You may come and go each day as many times as you like as that will
still only count as one day.
To log into our trial trade room, go to
https://secondbraintrading.com/trade-room-login/ and enter the email address you used when you registered.
That will take you to our website hosting page for our meeting room. You will
enter your name (please use your real name or name that you would like to be
called by if the moderator speaks to you directly) and email (yes, again) on
this page to enter the room. If you attempt to enter before 9 am eastern time,
you will be sent to a waiting room. You will automatically be taken into the
trade room at 9 am when the room opens.
When you enter the room, please feel free to say "Hi, I
am new here". If the moderator is aware that there is someone new in the
room, he'll likely go to more effort to explain things throughout the session.
That's it! Have fun and make sure you say "Hi" if
you want to. We're very happy to have you join us.
